The Company was granted the Certificate for the first time in 2009. Since then, the Certificate has been granted to the Company every year, which means that the Company applies the quality management system to making payments as well as to other services provided with the use of payment card transaction devices.
Each process, beginning from the Company management, through resource management, the provision of services, and ending up with the supervision, analysis and improvement of the Company’s operation, is performed according to the agreed rules and meets high quality standards. The detailed procedure system consistent with the quality policy is described in the Company’s Quality Book, which is a kind of a code of conduct and service provision to the Company’s Customers.
The ISO 9001:2015 Certificate has been granted to all Regional Branches of eService and commits the Company to improve the identification of needs and survey the satisfaction of its business partners.
