22. March 2019 - eService and Mastercard won the eDucat Industry Award at the 7th Cashless Congress, in the category 'New product changing the cashless payments market.' The companies were awarded for the pilot roll-out of the innovative LitePOS solution using the 'Pin on mobile' technology. LitePOS, thanks to the connection of a smartphone with a compact card reader, enables secure PIN entry on merchants’ mobile devices. Until now, this solution was reserved exclusively for payment terminals.

14. December 2018 - Mastercard and eService have announced a pilot implementation of the LitePOS solution enabling smartphones to fulfill the functions that have been so far reserved for payment terminals. LitePOS operates based on the innovative “Pin on glass” technology. The combination of a smartphone with an attachment makes it possible to safely accept card payments in the amounts exceeding PLN 50, which requires entering the PIN code. This is the first such an implementation on the Polish market, and one of the first three in Europe. Several hundred eService customers can participate in the pilot, which will last until June 2019.

December 2018 - Posnet, a leading POS solutions provider and eService, market leader in the processing of cashless transactions, have concluded an agreement on mutual cooperation in the scope of offering devices and solutions for enterprises. The first result is the development and launch of the POSPAY solution, an innovative offer integrating the functionalities of a payment terminal, a cash register and a printer.

12. October 2018 - According to the latest study entitled 'Poles' attitudes towards payment methods,' the availability of card or mobile payment in nearby stores and service points is more important when choosing a place of residence than the distance from the place of residence of family and friends. As many as 60% of Poles indicate card or mobile payment as their preferred form of settlement. The perception of cashless payments is also changing. Poles are beginning to treat the availability of cashless payment as something as natural and obvious as Internet access or hot tap water.

02. July 2018 - The television campaign promoting the portal www.bezgotowki.pl started today. Its goal is to encourage entrepreneurs to take advantage of cashless payments and to show the resulting benefits. Four advertising spots have been prepared that will be broadcast in all-Poland TV stations and in the internet. The campaign is the initiative of the largest Polish clearing agent, eService Sp. z o.o., which is the first company in the industry running such a broad advertising action in electronic media.

27. June 2018 - Centrum Elektronicznych Usług Płatniczych eService, the leader of the Polish market of acceptance of payment cards and settlements of electronic transactions, exceeded the number of 200,000 payment terminals supported in the network under own brand. According to the data as at 15 June 2018 , the company also processed payment transactions for over 65,000 terminals offered by its partners in 10 European markets.
